Patrols

Our fleet of response cars are fitted with Global Positioning Systems (GPS) allowing our licensed team of response staff to promptly attend each emergency via the most efficient route available. This system also allows for the internal tracking of our vehicles at all times. Furthermore, all patrol client’s sites are fitted with a Patrol Verification System (PVS). This system enables effective review of each sites patrol log to ensure continued patrol compliance.

Patrol staff are comprehensively trained on each patrol schedule which aims to ensure client service satisfaction and assurance at all times. Staff are also trained on a wide range of alarm monitoring systems, ensuring that they can attend to accurate review and reset of our clients installed systems if required.

When you choose A2Z Security Group for patrol of your premises, one of our Account Managers will visit the site and undertake a thorough and comprehensive review of the areas you would like patrolled. At this time, the Account Manager, in conjunction with the client, will develop a comprehensive set of site duties which will form the basis of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) with respect to provision of security services specific to your site (a copy of which will be distributed to you for your reference and review). Whilst onsite, we will also set up the patrol verification points, take notes on the requirements and make a detailed map of the site including door locations, access points etc. This information (in partnership with your sites SOP's) will be then used to train our patrol staff on the specific requirements of your site and also acts as a future reference for continued training and development of your site’s needs.

As each of our clients are allocated an Account Manager, regular meetings and site visits will be arranged to discuss any concerns or queries that may arise and ensure that we are continuing to deliver the best possible service at all times.
